LeadMill stands behind every lead. If a lead contains invalid contact information (wrong number, fake email, disconnected), we will replace the lead or issue a refund within 48 hours. Refunds are not available for leads that were successfully contacted but did not result in a closed project — conversion is the contractor's responsibility.
